Wrap & Pack – Shipping Information and Terms

Each piece of artwork is personally and carefully packed by me, with my signature on the back of the canvas as a mark of authenticity and care. I believe that receiving art should feel as special as opening a gift — a thoughtful, beautiful experience.

While stretched canvases are often too large for elaborate packaging, I make every effort to ensure a lovely presentation. Each artwork is wrapped in protective craft paper, followed by a layer of bubble wrap, and then securely packed into a sturdy cardboard box with eco-friendly stuffing materials to ensure it arrives safely and intact.

Sustainability

As a commitment to sustainability, all packaging materials — including boxes and stuffing — are either recycled or reused wherever possible. I believe in protecting the planet while delivering something beautiful to your doorstep.

Shipping & Insurance

All parcels are fully insured for their journey. Insurance is included in your shipping cost, providing peace of mind in the rare event of loss or damage during transit.

For international orders, I always mark parcels as "gifts" on customs forms to help minimize import duties. However, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary depending on the destination country and are usually straightforward and minimal (typically ranging from £10–£15), but please check your local customs authority for specific details.

Shipping of Larger Artworks

For international shipments of larger artworks (typically over 40–50cm in size), pieces will be shipped rolled in a durable cardboard postal tube. This is both the safest and most cost-effective method of transport for large-scale art. Rolled pieces can easily be re-stretched or framed by a local framer upon arrival.

Processing Time & Dispatch

As I am the only one running this small business, I work hard to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be carefully prepared and sent from the studio. Each piece is packed with time, care, and attention to detail.

Delivery Times & Tracking

Standard delivery times vary by location:

• UK: 2–5 working days

• Europe: 5–10 working days

• Rest of World: 7–21 working days

A tracking number will be provided with each order upon dispatch.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If this occurs, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging.

• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect from customs, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of order.
